What an article is? wondering from heading till its tenth point....!
For me the most best point is the sixth one- Use a personalized homepage on your browser to be able to read many things at once.
This have helped me to get more thing so well to do...! I thank you for this.

Use ping.fm This is really cool along with any work..!!!

lettermelater looks like a great alternative if you can't schedule posts (what, no Wordpess???) but you can post by email.

Combining lettermelater with something like ping.fm pretty much lets you travel the world and every conference from your living room. I wonder if I could appear to be at two conferences at once by pre-programming updates to my profiles just by using the conference session grid in advance. Maybe something to try next time I don't have a better idea to waste my life.

Live.com also offers a personalised homepage! But why stop there - customise your desktop with Windows Vista :-)

I love scheduling posts on my blog, as I tend to write bits and pieces when the inspiration grabs me, so complete posts often don't get finished until 2am or 3am at times, so scheduling them for the following morning just as I'm waking up has been a godsend - I don't remember how I ever coped before Wordpress lol.

Just one word of warning - I once spent ages writing a fantastic post that hardly anyone read, as I accidentally "scheduled" it for one month earlier, and it ended up buried in the archives. I triple check the dates now!

Use services like lettermelater.com to send emails later at a predetermined time. You can also use it to send programed messages to your blogs, services like twitter, or anything else which accepts email updates and triggers ;-)
