There are 91 PAGES of complaints and problems with the Mac Lion O/S trying to connect properly over VPN.

The compaints have been going on for over six months now and I am reduced to using my daughter’s older OSX Mac to get into the office machines, to copy files onto a USB stick to see on my LION OS machine.
Apple – with 91 PAGES of problems and comments on your own support forums, you are REALLY in danger of this hitting the mainstream press and frankly – with six months to at least acknowledge it – you deserve all the criticism that is about to descend on you.
I don’t want my money back on this new top of the range Mac Air. I want it fixed.
I want the issue aknowledged an if it does not exist as an issue, I want our collective ignorance of what to do explained.
91 pages of comments. It looks like 15 per page. That’s nearly 1400 comments. I am not going to read them all – but to me that looks like 1000 complaints with no response right there. Other problem pages are all over the web. How many is “enough”?

My admin team were finally able to sort this out! Well done them. Turns out it is something to do with the DNA lookup, so by having an IP number in my bookmarks instead of the web address, we can bypass the Apple O/S bug. So why Apple can’t put out that message as a workaround, I have no idea.
