New Role: Don’t Panic Search Awards Ambassador

I am delighted to be able to report that I have a new official role as the Ambassador for the brand behind the Search Awards in the UK, EU and US,

The Search Awards make the industry a much better place to do business and I have been mightily impressed at Don’t Panic’s commitment to making the judging both rigorous and as impartial as any I have seen. Even winning two Queens Awards for Majestic felt more subjective than the rigour that Don’t Panic applies to the Search Awards judging.

It is because of this rigour, and the belief that I am helping the industry be better, that I feel honoured to be offered this role. It won’t be full time, so I have plenty of opportunities to follow other passions as well, but I do look forward to being able to meet old friends a few times every year! I will also be a host at the Search Awards in Vegas, although I have been told that I might get some professional help to make sure it all runs smoothly. (Good job too!)
